I further acknowledge the exclusive right, title, and interest of LDCA in and to its Trademarks and will not do or cause to be done any act or thing contesting or, in any way, impairing or tending to impair any part of said right, title and interest. I understand and agree that such materials shall be used exclusively by the authorized marketing person in our company in charge of the Dermoscent® brands and products in agreement with all LDCA recommendations, policies, brands’ identity and LDCA approved content and visuals.
